I had an awesome experience at this location..... I was there 4 days in a row buying and exchanging and buying more..... The staff are the best I've had the pleasure of being around in any retail store I've been to in years..... They are extremely helpful as well as friendly and professional..... Anyone who rocks True Religion should definitely visit the Kings Plaza location.....
Alana has good customer service she help me get the item I exactly needed she has great attitude and made me feel good spending my money at this location she deserves a manager position
I was trying to return pants I bought online on sale, because the sizes was wrong, much bigger. When I came to the store the salesperson said that I can exchange to the equivalent just size smaller. When I was ready, they said that I should wait for a lady manager and I was waiting for her almost half-hour. But when I tried to get the same pants I had just 2 sizes smaller the salesperson said that they will take my stuff back for sale price and will get me the same pants at a full price, which is totally not acceptable. Store was clean well lit . I only had one issue the dressing rooms only 2 in the store and if your trying to boost don’t make it obvious by holding up the line . Ijs maybe have actual people to regulate that area
