Customer service in the store was great. However, Return process is horrible. Online orders returned in store, refund should be automatic or at least within 3-5 business days. I returned an online order in Kings Plaza store May 18, I was told it would take 10 days, well it's been 23 days. I checked the FedEx tracking# from return receipt, it shows items never left Brooklyn. TR customer service horrible, NO live person. Live chat is a joke- it's a bot. I sent multiple emails, provided pictures and return receipt- no response.... read more
Love this brand, clothes fit well, lots of style. Consistency on releases is the key with this label. They always have new clothes season to season+ they partner up with celebrities for collaborations from time to time to create new looks. Store is a fan's dream!
