I needed a replacement 6 1/2 by 4 1/2 piece of glass cut for my microfiche reader. $5 ea. I went in earlier today. Jim was out of office, but anothet real nice guy was able to get me taken care of. I got home later today, and reinstalled it into my reader and it works perfect!! Without their help my Bell and Howell reader with almost unobtainium parts! would had been a parts unit. Very grateful it worked out.
Great company to work with - Carter was awesome! We had some vandalism - broke a couple windows at our business. Carter was out the next day to measure and secure the windows. He had the windows made and installed within a couple weeks. Amazing service - thanks to Carter and the team!
