I had to write a low review due to a recent experience, although my original experience warranted a five-star review. I received a bill when True Protection had to visit because the technician neglected to properly set up the alarm panel. True Protection then charged me surreptitiously, which led to several calls with assurances each time someone from accounting would contact me to fix this, which no one ever did.
