AVOID TRUE PROTECTION AT ALL COSTS!!!! Their customer service is terrible. Literally after my first payment their system stopped working. I can’t arm or disarm the system from my phone, every other day the system panel shows a message “Network Module Failure” or “Radio Modem Network Failure.” I have been trying to get the company to fix it for the past 2 weeks. Spoke with Chris this afternoon, 2-17-20, they came to do an install but left one of the keypads out of the install. it is very inconvenient to miss work and do all this over again. They did say, because of their mistake they will add a siren for me. if that is true, I will update the review.
