True property detectives owner is not professional and he is a con artist. He came to do an inspection, he asked me to make a full payment. I told him I will give him when the report is ready. He said NO that I will not get the report if I don’t pay him. I paid him the full amount but he is yet to send the report. It is more than 2 weeks and I have called him more than 20 times but he is not picking up
Donevan was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all the questions we had. Highly recommend him for home inspections!
