My introduction to Andrea was coincidental in nature, uncomfortable, for me, at first, but soon became a lifeline to an existence free of constant worry and fear, and decision making out of fear. From about 2009-2011 Andrea had me doing in-person EMDR therapy for PTSD which she diagnosed me with. I worked with Andrea back in 2021 and it was the start of a new beginning for me. 4 years later I can see the lasting impact she had in helping me navigate a painful and troublesome past which had led to some challenges in my later years. Her kindness and openness to help coach me through re-integration of past experiences allowed for an incredible healing journey!
Andrea has absolutely changed my life for the better. She is an amazingly caring and intuitive therapist. Andrea was able to pinpoint and articulate exactly what I need to work on, even when I wasn’t able to figure it out myself. She’s helped me to work through past trauma, and I’ve become more open and confident in myself as a result. Andrea has changed my life in a 1000 ways. After 6 months I feel more freedom than I have in the past 6 years. My relationships, my work, my family have all grown thru her help. I have resisted therapy for so long mainly due to tough past therapy experiences but I actually look forward to my sessions with Andrea.
