I had such a wonderful experience at the Radiance Retreat! I especially loved the tea ceremony and journaling, which gave me a chance to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with myself. Sharing the experience with such an amazing group of women made it even more special. I left feeling refreshed, reenergized, and grateful for such a meaningful day!
I rarely write online reviews, but the care I’ve received from Andrea Cairella over the past four years deserves to be recognized. Working with her has been truly life-changing. Andrea is a compassionate, grounded, and exceptionally skilled therapist who has supported me through EMDR and trauma work in ways no previous therapist ever has. My growth has been tremendous, and I am deeply grateful for her guidance and expertise.
Having Andrea as my EMDR Certification supervisor is one of the most enriching experiences in my career. While guiding me to understand and practice the standard protocol, she also shows me how flexible EMDR is and how to assimilate it so that it feels authentic in therapy sessions with my clients. Her supervision style is supportive as well as challenging, so I know I am getting just what I need. I look forward to my continuing certification journey with Andrea and the many things she will teach me along the way.
