Kent and Chris S. diagnosed and solved a problem created by a previous plumber. They listened thoughtfully to our concerns and thoroughly addressed all our issues. They took the time to show us the how the problem was caused by an inferior/defective cartridge that was installed by the last plumber. Patrick was extremely helpful in fixing connection that broke under the house. He crawled in a foot of water to fix it. I would highly recommend True Plumbers as they were out within the hour and we had water a hour later! Patrick was so kind, respectful and knowledgeable!
