We have used True Performance for 3 different vehicles, including 2 different makes. The most recent time was in February and this was the best experience yet. Randall kept me up to date as to the progress of the repairs and the coordination of the insurer's estimate and reimbursement policies. The car was finished sooner than expected and it came back looking showroom new. The front desk staff was easy to communicate with and was welcoming over the phone and in person. I appreciate working with a family owned business.
True Performance is the only shop I’ve found that actually fights for the customer instead of taking the easy way out with insurance. I am generally very wary of repair shops due to years of dealing with foot-dragging and corner-cutting, but True Performance is the complete opposite.
