Today we have had problems accepting cards from a local credit union and we still cannot accept these cards. The last time I spoke with a rep from True Payment Solutions was at 2:45pm central time and I have not heard anything and still cannot accept these cards. Guess I will have to switch back to the other company I wasn't having this problem until we switched to True Payment Solutions.

There was a bit of miscommunicationat the beginning but it was honest mistake. Afterwards, they made sure to go out of their way to have me up and running. The tech that came out was very proffessional and made everything simple.
We feel comfortable with Tps. They were very professional and stick to their word. They promised to send a tech to install and take of everything for us and he actually came as the agent promised. Reliable company! Recommend! Two thumbs up!!!
Techs were really good by coming back to make sure everything was working properly and if we needed any other changes.
