Dr.Lupini is very kind,gentle, patient and professional. Staff is very friendly and professional. Treatment was explained to us in full detail including costs and length of time braces will be worn. Very impressed and pleased with this practice.
Very rude receptionist. Refuses to let you complete your sentence. Each time we have left Dr. Hunter's office the Appliance / Bracket Wiring has come loose and started cutting inside the mouth. Each time we called back and told them , the receptionist refused to let us go back the same date to have the wiring fixed. my Kid suffered each time for at least 3 days or more before they gave us an appointment.

I love taking my son to True Orthodontics, they are always nice and we never have to wait, very clean and organized....both my daughters have beautiful smiles thanks to Dr. Lupini
