We had our new RM 1180 in Annapolis for the Sail Boat Show in October and contracted Nick and his team to prepare the boat for trucking, mast down, wrapping...the whole bit. I spoke with Nick, the owner, on the phone to request service from True North Yachting. He asked me to email the details, which I did shortly after. A week later, I followed up and Nick said he was busy and would call me back, but never did. Another week went by, so I called again and spoke with a nice lady who promised to pass along my message. Still no call, no email, nothing. If you’re too busy or simply don’t want the job, just say so. Don’t waste a customer’s time by ignoring them. A little COMMUNICATION goes a long way... read more
