Cannot praise True North enough for how they supported us and took care of our precious (almost) 6 year old cat (Matcha) who had diffuse iris melanoma. It was a VERY difficult decision to remove the left eye, but Dr. Hsu gave us the confidence we needed to move forward! The surgery was a few weeks ago, and it went EXTREMELY WELL. Our cat came back home with no complications, and whenever we had questions or concerns, the supporting staff were quick to get back to us. My cat Ruffles came to True North Veterinary Eye Care today for his second visit and I’m so happy with the care he has received. His eye has improved so much since his last visit, which has been such a huge relief! The ladies who assisted us were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and gentle with Ruffles and Dr. Hsu was absolutely wonderful. My dog Baxter is lucky to be treated by such an amazing dr and team. Dr. Hsu is so wonderful and helped us through a scary situation. I emailed the clinic and requested for an emergency visit as we were scheduled for a new referral appt but later in the month. My dog had an ulcer that was not healing and getting worse. They responded almost immediately and got him in that morning. Cathy was so wonderful and patient with Baxter when doing the tests.
