My dog Baxter is lucky to be treated by such an amazing dr and team. Dr. Hsu is so wonderful and helped us through a scary situation. I emailed the clinic and requested for an emergency visit as we were scheduled for a new referral appt but later in the month. My dog had an ulcer that was not healing and getting worse. The doctor and staff are amazing! Added bonus.. they billed my pet insurance directly so I only had to pay my portion of the bill.
A very lovely and compassionate team! My cat came in with pretty significant uveitis and corneal ulcer combo and due to her complex health history, Dr. Hsu, Cathy, and team had to be creative with her treatment plan. At her one month follow up she showed signs of massive improvements! Not out of the woods but definitely getting there. Also, they offer refreshments and good snacks which is nice because it’s usually a wait while you’re there.
