I was able to easily get in touch with Ben and his team to schedule a free inspection of a tree on my property. He explained his determination on it's condition and wasn't rushed for time when I asked him to look at a second tree. We determined the one needed to come down and he sent a quote the next day. Ben and his team gave me an accurate time that they would arrive and they were extremely prompt. They were also considerate of my yard access directions and space.
