I was under the impression that I was no longer a patient with this company yet they still charged me a 100 fee for my calling and canceling my apt. That's a very hefty fee. By reading some of the other comments it seems this is common for them. Thank you for your reply. If I'm reading your response correctly, it seems like you guys will refund one or even two no show fees. I have never had a fee Refunded, besides one that was your office error. Very helpful and caring staff, during the loss of my daughter, Crystal Grayson has been very professional, caring and empathetic. I recommend her highly.

Horrendous front office staff and billing department. Zero communication from either end and then is blamed on the patient. As a medical professional, I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I will not be recommending this place to anyone, despite the great therapists.
