Tom is rude and hard to work with. I gave him Roman numerals and some designs that are important to me and he took one out because he didn’t like it. Then he didn’t use the right font that I gave him because he was using a tablet instead of what I gave him. Absolutely fantastic! Took my soon to be adult daughter to Al after years of debating with her. Al took his time, made her feel comfortable and knocked out some fantastic artwork. Nothing to consider here, True North is the place in NE Ohio!
