We recently purchased a Malibu caravan from True North RV in Mount Gambier, and the entire process—from purchasing to handover—was fantastic . Jess was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic. She let us explore at our own pace, answered every question, and ensured our children were included in the process! Walked into True North looking for a spare part for our caravan awning. Had a look at the Malibu Razor off road and two hours later, after talking with Jess, we ended up buying it off the lot. It had everything we need as couple plus a fold down bed for when the grandkids join us. Jess was so easy to deal with, no pressure to buy, delivery/hand over day went smoothly and we are now enjoying our new home as we do our second lap of this great country. Highly recommend! Big shout out to Jess for her excellent service! She went out of her way to help us with a few minor fixes to our Van. We drove from Adelaide to Mt Gambier last weekend. Jess took over the Van Sunday morning. It's Thursday Eve and our Van will be delivered to our home in Adelaide tonight! How is that for 5 Star service!
