I brought a beautiful Malibu California toy hauler from Jess @ True North RV 12 months ago, the caravan is Awsome quality built very spacious and comfortable and dealing with Jess @ True North RV was the best experience, nothing was to hard very professional and great customer service and an Awsome product If your looking for a quality caravan you can’t go past a Malibu in my opinion A+
What an incredible experience we have had with Jess and creating our toy hauler. Jess has gone above and beyond and I cannot thank her enough for spending the time to share her knowledge and help us design a pretty amazing van for our family. Nothing was ever a problem and she is so genuine. We are from NSW and drove 30 hrs in total to collect the Van from Jess and it was worth every second. & the added goodies for our son & for us was just an added extra. Thank you jess!
We picked up our new Malibu Ranger today and are so happy with our complete experience with Jess from True North RV Mount Gambier. Jess opened her yard out of business hours in such a busy time of the year (preparing other sold vans for pickup) and was so helpful and knowledgeable. Our handover was great! Jess explained everything to us. The best customer experience, thanks for everything Jess, we will be sure to pass on your praises.
We collected our caravan today from True North RV in Mount Gambier and have nothing but the best to say about this business. We cannot recommend Jess enough.
