We recently purchased a Malibu caravan from True North RV in Mount Gambier, and the entire process—from purchasing to handover—was fantastic . Jess was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic. She let us explore at our own pace, answered every question, and ensured our children were included in the process! Walked into True North looking for a spare part for our caravan awning. Had a look at the Malibu Razor off road and two hours later, after talking with Jess, we ended up buying it off the lot. It had everything we need as couple plus a fold down bed for when the grandkids join us. Jess was so easy to deal with, no pressure to buy, delivery/hand over day went smoothly and we are now enjoying our new home as we do our second lap of this great country. Highly recommend! Big shout out to Jess for her excellent service! She went out of her way to help us with a few minor fixes to our Van. We drove from Adelaide to Mt Gambier last weekend. Jess took over the Van Sunday morning. It's Thursday Eve and our Van will be delivered to our home in Adelaide tonight! How is that for 5 Star service! Thank you Jess & Craig for going above and beyond to make sure we have our Van within 4 days. You guys are the BEST! Arni & Lana
We went to Jess with a vision of what we wanted our van to be and Jess went above and beyond with guiding us through the process from preliminary drawings and plans, consulting with the factory for special one off cabinetry. We had constant & clear communication with what stage of the build our van was at. She turned our vision into our dream van, would recommend anyone looking for a standard van through to a full custom build to get in contact with Jess.
Jess at True North RV has excellent customer service, very helpful, great vans and overall it was an excellent experience my wife and I couldn't be happier 😊
