Very pleased customer. My husband and I purchased a Malibu Razor in 2024, after visiting True North RV in Mt Gambier. We were grateful to have met Jess, as she answered all our questions and admitted when she needed to seek further information. Our Razor’s first trip was a weekend away to Kings Canton and Kings Creek Station. The Razor was good to tow, went well on the Ernest Giles Road (unsealed) and extremely comfortable. We travelled for 12 months when we returned home and needed some small warranty repairs on the van Jess was amazing organising with Darren and working to get them all fixed ASAP Could not fault the after sales service 10/10 Thanks Jess
We couldn’t be happier with our Malibu. The quality and attention to detail are outstanding, and it’s been everything we hoped for and more. A huge thank you to Jess for building us our dream caravan and for making the whole process so easy. Jess at True North RV went absolutely above and beyond for the purchase of our Malibu Family Adventure Wildtracker. She is extremely knowledgeable and took all the time to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase and knew all the ins and outs of using our new caravan. We have owned other brands of caravans and very happy to now be Malibu owners. We absolutely love our van and the after service and advice from True North.
