We purchased a Malibu Ranger from Jess after spotting a van in her dealership. Jess's easy going nature immediately endeared us to her. She showed us through multiple vans all whilst tending to other customers coming through the yard. We loved the Jess spec Ranger in particular and placed a deposit a couple of days later. The stars aligned when we met Jess in a caravan park two weeks ago. We had been researching Malibu vans and for our closest dearler to show up and set up camp a few sites away was pure fate. How great is it to buy from True North RV? I would say its a service like no other in our area. We were looking at vans locally 12 months ago where we met Jess. Jess' relaxed and no pressure approach at her yard allowing us as a family to look over vans was the only place in Mt Gambier to see how our kids would fit in bunks and looking at the space in the vans at our own pace and left to our own devices. Jess was so easy to deal with, kept us up to date the entire way and ensured that everything was perfect for handover. We love our new family adventure quad bunk caravan, it’s perfect for our growing family!
We just picked up our first ever van from Jess and we are over the moon! Jess even thought of our 2 kids and made it special for them too, with special gifts waiting for them on their bunks! Well worth the 12.5 hour return trip to get our van. Highly recommend! Only negative which isnt even Jess' fault... Mount Gambier forgot it was summer...
