We had the best experience with true north restoration of Tampa Bay. The moment we found mold in our house the panic set in. The owners of this company are phenomenal. They did not send a representative over to evaluate our home- They came themselves. From the original introduction, to the quote, to the entire mold remediation process, and the follow up after- we could not be more pleased with how it was handled. We had excellent service from Mike and Evans. We had water damage from our water heater on a Sunday and within a few hours, he had placed dehumidifiers in the necessary areas and began the process of remediation. The quick response of True North Restoration saved us from serious repair problems. We also had amazing service from Luis, Evans, and Caroline a few days later when they came to remove the machines. Small business striving to meet the needs of customers. Very responsive and accommodating. Owners and staff are knowledgeable, reassuring, caring, conscientious and thorough. When we learned our children’s childhood nanny had flooded during hurricane Milton, we knew helping her restore her home was going to be a mountainous task. Not having flood insurance was going to require the expertise and generosity of others. True North Restoration Tampa Bay, along with a team that came down from the Omaha, NE location, played a pivotal role in making restoration a reality. True North is wonderful in all phases of work- communication, ongoing pictures each day, fantastic staff, and effective performance! Caroline, Luis, and Evans were great to work with and so efficient in addressing anything I asked. Extremely distressing circumstances but the great service eased the burden. Highly recommend True North, exceeding expectations! Thank you very much!
