Responded to an incidental flood and did a great job preventing my wet carpet from becoming damaged and they dried it all up. The apartment test showed no mold after their work. They probably saved me and my building managers thousands of dollars as no carpet needed to be replaced. Bottom line: Prompt response, effective communication and competent workers. What more could you ask for from mold remediation specialists?
Had a mold issue in our basement storage room. Rich and his crew did a great job with the clean up and removal of moldy drywall, applying anti-microbial paint to concrete walls, and installing new foam insulation. Very satisfied with the work and price.
