UPDATE: Lowered to 1 star. They claim in the response to have the increases posted for 30 days in the clinic... I never saw a single post. Never got a single text. (They text me for everything else) And she didn’t even say anything when when I was standing in front of her paying my bill (which was $25 more than what I had; I had to ask her what that was about). I came from Nevada with a fentnyl and heroin habit that was astronomical... The staff at true North have been amazing.. I now have going on 60 days free from both substances. Highly highly recommend true north. They saved my life
They did not inform any of us that the rate for treatment would be going up. Not everybody has medical insurance and now the medicine is out of my budget. I told them they should have sent a notice or had us sign something. The lady at the front said it wouldn’t have mattered if she told us or not, which I find very misleading…
This place is TOP NOTCH!!!!! Compassionate, kind, and helpful!!!! Don't waste time anywhere else!!!!
This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are incredible people who listen and don’t judge you. Everyone is here for different reasons and everyone here is treated with the same respect.. this place has given me hope and relief.. I was very nervous to come here because my reasoning is so much different than anyone’s . And they welcomed me and helped me immensely no questions asked ..
