The receptionist is always super lovely and understanding. I see Kelsie and Dr Ryan, they are amazing and I have made so much progress! Highly recommend
The whole team of staff are kind, patient and very understanding. I'd definitely recommend Brant, as he's very good at what he does and has helped me immensely. The prices throughout are on the high side and have recently gone up, but I've never left a session and felt it was a waste. If possible, get a mental health care plan beforehand to offset out of pocket cost.
The clinic was welcoming from the moment I walked through the front door. As a busy Mum, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate being offered a hot tea or coffee and being able to drink it throughout my session before it goes cold! Finding the right psych for you can be tricky but I knew after my first appointment that I had picked a winner. There’s so many psychologists available and so many diverse specialties between them all, there’s really someone for everyone.
