Amazing spot for rentals!! We rented demo snowboards and were fitted by Michael, who was super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of the boards and had to return to the shop. The team assured us this had never happened before—which I believe, given the level of care they showed. They were incredibly attentive, made sure we were safe, fixed the issue quickly, and even refunded us for the day.
