From start to finish the experience offered by Nohl and Lee was perfect. This review has been a long time coming, 2 years ago I worked with Nohl in picking the perfect door for my needs for my home I was building (design and utility) best R rating. My already installed garage door suddenly stopped working, after contacting True North Overhead Doors, I was bracing myself to get a rejection of service because I didnt by the opener from them. Turns out I was wrong! No rejection, infact, I got service from the tech the very next day! Thank you so much for your timely response and your excellent customer service!!
We replaced our original garage doors w True North. Good pricing and superb service. Not only were the doors replaced, but the mechanicals were tuned up and function way better. Very pleased.
Probably the hottest day of the decade and the service workers were still great to deal with. Work was finished quickly and door working great. Would recommend them and already have.
