I enjoyed the no nonsense approach True North Vision center cares about you as a person and patient.
While stranded out of town on the road we call the receptionist and requested for our prescription to get emailed to and explained our situation and needed our prescription urgently she took over 2 hrs to send it and it was even the right one. After calling her back she was extremely rude and refused to email the proper prescription then hung up on us. We tried calling back a few more time bud did not answer our call. This optometrist is very unreasonable due to lack of staff and random days closed. Would not recommend
Probably the best optometrist that I have used. Prescription was near perfect and considerably improved how I was seeing things.
