Literally the worst customer service i have ever experienced from a company. I had my trailer serviced, and then had 8 unreturned follow up phone calls, 9 unanswered emails, and 3 unfulfilled promises to call me back with an update the following day. Just awful customer service. Look elsewhere for your trailer sales and service. The response to this review is untrue. Took our a-class in for an oil change before hitting the road. Great experience start to finish. Friendly atmosphere, thorough and professional work. Competitive price. 4000km since, no issues. Would definitely return for future service as needed. Thanks folks!
Purchased a 2023 Prolite Profil trailer in April 2024 from True North in Selkirk. During our first big trip, our sink leaked and it burnt out our radio unit which was installed below it. Contacted Prolite and they replaced the radio while I was to get quotes on replacing the sink. I live almost 200 miles from the nearest dealer in BC so installed radio myself. I've had the opportunity to do business here twice over the past few years as our famliy first got into a small camper then needed something a bit larger as our family grew. A great family run RV dealership if you're looking to be treated like anything but a number.
