I can not rave enough about Chris and his team at True North Mortgage. After getting the run around for almost two weeks from one of the "Big Banks," (that we had already had a mortgage with in the past), I called Chris in absolute frustration and he really came through, and fast! We got exactly what we were asking for; great rate, the term and amortization we wanted, satisfactory pre-payment privileges and no run-around!
