I have been to many massage therapists in St. Catharines and True North has without a doubt been the best experience thus far. The service, personal care and skill that they bring to the table (no pun intended) is top notch. I also loved the ambiance and cozy atmosphere. I have had two massages with True North and will keep coming back!

What an outstanding experience at True North Massage Niagara. My husband and I went for our anniversary for a couples massage and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had together. The ladies are so welcoming, the space is so calming and relaxing. 10/10 will be returning!
