My finance & I had the couples massage today and wow! I can see why this place has 5 stars! I will never go back to another place again. This privately owned spa has SO much to offer. The warm welcome you receive when you walk through the door and the professionalism is unmatched. We felt so comfortable, so relaxed and had an unreal full body massage. My partner and I were visiting St. Catherine's and booked a couple's massage at True North. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Christine and Tatum provided amazing service and were so welcoming and friendly. The clinic was spotless and smelled soooo good. If we lived in St. Catherine's, I would be a regular customer here. 10/10 would recommend True North!

I’ve been to numerous private clinics, massage parlours, physiotherapists, chiropractors, etc. I’ve tried a bunch and the adhesions I had never went away, they simply felt better after one session, then returned back to normal within a few days.
