She dropped a thumb right into a knot and the relief was instantaneous. She is very kind, educated and open. My first appointment with her felt like I was hanging with my sister! Her energy is high and beautiful! If you’re in pain, feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders, or need a moment to just connect with your body and inner peace- Kate is your girl. For sure!
