Connected with Kate via a Google search. In just one appointment, Kate brought relief to my neck that I have been searching for for quite some time. She dropped a thumb right into a knot and the relief was instantaneous. She is very kind, educated and open. My first appointment with her felt like I was hanging with my sister! Her energy is high and beautiful! If you’re in pain, feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders, or need a moment to just connect with your body and inner peace- Kate is your girl. For sure!
My mom is by far the best massage therapist that i know. She is really really nice and professional and she always knows where trigger points are which is really cool. This isnt biased btw im just speaking the truth
