Recently, i attended this seminar and open house with True North Log Homes in Bracebridge, Ontario, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding! I contacted True North Log & Timber Homes for information regarding one of their log homes. I received a telephone call from Steve Wrightman.he had such amazing customer service skills. Not only did he provide an overview of the product, but he answered a myriad of questions I had very thoroughly and he was extremely patient. I was surprised how much I learned from him. I would strongly consider buying a log cabin from this company.
It’s been 7 years since we’ve been living in our TNL Home. We are still very happy here, and are continually complimented on the house. It is structurally sound, a solid build, since we’ve been here we’ve had a Tornado and a Derecho storm go through our community with no damage from wind to our home. We recently had a small issue that was tended to in a timely manner. Direct communication and no runarounds. Thanks TNLH team
