Lee's Trees did a great job of cutting back several tall cedars and a very large green ash. They worked quickly and efficiently and skillfully. They did a very thorough cleanup job and were cheerful and cordial guys to have working for us. We'd have them back if we need any more tree work. They also kept on budget Kathy&Fritz Hein
Honest company with a great eye for detail!
Booked a Service and was scheduled for a specific date because I was leaving town. They did not show or call to reschedule. When I reached out about why my service did not happen they told me that I was scheduled for a date while I was out of town. I told them to reschedule it and gave me a new date when I would be available and they again did not show up or call to reschedule. Apparently business is booming and they don’t need anymore customers or even need to communicate to their customers.
Disappointed that I was charged $90+ for a 15 minute appointment just to set the irrigation timer and turn the sprinklers on and off with absolutely no adjustments or repairs. The drip hose needed to be repositioned near the end of the hose and would have only taken 5 minutes to do during the same appointment, but didn't get done even though I was charged for an hour. They said it will cost me another $89 to have him come back. After several emails back and forth, they finally reduced the invoice to $63, but would not adjust... read more
