Tried to get a rollator through the ADP program. I had all the paperwork and the reps consistently refused to help me submit and complete purchase. They put up roadblocks at every step and made the process impossible. Went to another provider and completed it in a day. If you are looking to go through the ADP program do not use this provider.
I will never place online order again with this store! I place my online order on April 19, 2023. I have been waiting for 3 weeks until now, the credit card has been charged but no goods is delivery to me. I call almost every day from May, the staff do not know your online order, they can't find it and answer when will my delivery be shipped. I compared and shopped. I found True North to be the most reliable, fair price. Customer Service by Joe and his maintenance team is professional. The team comes to service equipment when you need routine service on time. They are polite, courteous, and leave without a mess.
