Absolute garbage service! 2 of their "licensed" HVAC techs arrived for PTAC inspection. Told them I want the cover off, blower & fan checked as well as the circuits because my landlord has not legit inspected in 15 years (just air filter). Tech said: "I'm not familiar with that unit". Amana is the Coca-Cola of PTACs, any "legit" tech should should know them. Asked to see his license, told me: "it's in the car" I said: "Go get it". They walked out. Run away from this place! To start they helped us apply for the government grant and we’re very patient helping us send all the signed papers back to them. The two men who came were excellent. They came the exact time they said they would be here. We’re very polite, neat and tidy and did great work. They explained the thermostat and even helped me set my phone up with the app. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend them
