Well I woke up this morning, the coldest day of the year, to a furnace that won’t light. True North really came through. The dispatcher and the tech were both amazing. The price was really reasonable. Glad I found True North Home Comfort.

I highly recommend this company. My furnace broke down 2 days before I was to go away. I called them and they were here the next day and installed a brand new furnace even at their busiest time. Very professional and friendly. Erica, the lady who answered the call was very accommodating and helpful. Do not hesitate to use this company.

True North came highly recommended to me so I experienced my first service call with them recently, and I can completely understand why they came highly recommended! I received top-notch service when they went above and beyond to address an issue I had that was in addition to the service of cleaning!! I am more than impressed with their promptness, friendliness, and definite expertise. Thank you True North! You are my people!!

True North was incredible. Another company left me hanging during a cold spell, but True North came out early the very next morning and had my heat restored in no time. The owner came himself and was thorough, and genuinely cared about getting my heat restored. Outstanding service—highly recommend.

True North Home Comfort is an excellent company. So easy to deal with whether it be repairs or new installation They go way beyond to satisfy their customers. I would highly recommend them. I will defiinitely do future business with True North Home Comfort.
