The team at True North were great. We appreciated that they were able to accommodate us in 2 ways. First, our furnace went down on the weekend and they were able to fit us in first thing Monday morning with a new install. Second, they also came back 2 days later on my request, to allow me to prepare a cement slab for a new air conditioner. Very professional group and I would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the installation of Lennox furnace and AC. The installation team did a very professional job, did the install in good time and left everything very clean. They deserve 5 stars and certainly have my recommendation.

This company deserves 5-stars and beyond. Our experience with TNHC was beyond words. We purchsed new Furnace/AC with extended warranty. The price, package, installation, everything was great. James and Val are 2 amazing people. No bluffs or empty sales words. I have dealt with (and still do) other major companies, and always experience picing errors, clauses in fine print which they conveniently forget to mention to trap you in. But with True North, NONE OF THAT!! No hidden info. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC... read more
