Had the need to have a dimmer switch swapped out in my bathroom. Bassett was the first to respond. Took 3.5 hours to complete the task (had to drive to his parts warehouse). Me and my fiance Bambi Abbott had a hot water tank leaking we called Bassett services they came out the same day and gave us a quote on a waterless tank. Cameron the technician that came out gave us an estimate on the waterless tank and replacing all the piping in the ceiling which was a drop down ceiling, needless to say the piping that he was supposed to replace did not get done to shut off valve did not get done also they broke a tile in the ceiling that they never told us about until I brought it up Cameron told nothing ... read more
Aaron was prompt and professional. He got our main line unplugged for $79 like advertised. Great job.
Was quoted $109 then when he got here he said over $800 if he pulled the toilet & $462 if I pulled it so i pulled it & he scoped it then after he told me his snake was not long enough & wanted to give me a quote for a clean out so i agreed at first & after stewing over it i finally said ( first u quoted me $109 then u get here & give me an outrageous re quote NOPE I DONT WANT UR QUOTE AND U BRING A SHORT SNAKE THAT ISNT LONG ENOUGH UR SUPPOSED TO BE A PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER BUT CAME UNPREPARED.
