Updated #2 we have contacted BBB and will continue to reach out until someone speaks to us! UPDATE: STILL HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM! THEY ARE GHOSTING US WITH OUR MONEY! Reading through all these reviews and wondering how the overall rating is a 4.7! Call Atlas Butler you will get what you pay for, day or night!
We contracted Bassett back in April for electrical work that had to be REDONE a month after they completed the work. We were told that if joined their maintenance club we would save $1,276.05. They charged us the full amount without the savings and now they will not honor the contract or even speak with us!! BUYER BEWARE - BBB is our next step!
