I recently visited True North Clinic with a family member and we chose to leave shortly after arriving. One of the staff members, Jen Fariss, smelled strongly of cigarettes and I overheard her and a few coworkers gossiping about another staff member, including using mental health diagnoses as insults. This felt extremely unprofessional and inappropriate, especially in a mental health setting. I went to IOP here, after getting out of a 35 day, residential, drug rehab facility. I LOVE Jenny and the staff there! I graduated from their program and have over 9 months of sobriety today, which I give a lot of credit to True North for. They taught me just as much, if not more, of what I needed to know, to live a life of recovery, as the rehab I went to. I will forever be grateful to True North, Jenny, Brandon, Jarvis and everyone there for helping me get my life back! I recommend them to anyone struggling with addiction.... read more

Intercept True North is often a more negative entity is how individual patients are monitored and cared for. I miss several appointments and if it had been cases of negligence, I would have completely understood, but they were medical mostly such as burning my leg, breaking my leg, losing my leg, and breaking my neck, all within a year and a half’s time.
