I had True North Custom Campers install a Webasto heater and two CRL windows on my Transit. I did the rest of the build myself. The work they did seems fine but six months later one of the opening panels of the driver side window started separating at the hinge. I haven't been able to get service from them. They did not stand behind the product they installed and did not resolve the issue. I would not use them again or recommend them.
