Excellent service today, I was in and out in a few minutes.
Only gave 1 star because I can’t leave 0 stars. I have been a loyal customer to True North for YEARS, but I will NEVER return. After waiting outside for 20 minutes, I walked in and waited in line. The long black haired guy then proceeded to speak rudely and with profanity to me about entering the store without his permission. I told him there were about 10 of us waiting for 20-30 minutes while he chatted with his friends in the store. He continued to berate me. I am changing my review. The staff are friendly, but the company itself has some issues. I sent my partner to pick up what I need, and of course they don't have it (they are always out of stock on everything that's any good). They refuse to sell to him if he calls me to ask me what I want in its place. Then they stick him with the stuff they sell the least of because he doesn't know any better as a non-smoker.
