Stressful situation from beginning to end. Nathan does not communicate well or often with his clients. Nathan became very defensive and argumentative (and made several snide remarks during the process) when we brought up things we wanted fixed or changed. He recently acquired this business from the original owner, and clearly has a lot to learn about owning and running a busines, especially about customer service.
