I called in to True North to get a service done on my vehicle and the girls on the front counter were very friendly and helpful. I will be taking all my vehicles there from now on. Great service! Highly recommend!
Booked my car in for an alignment Friday morning. It took until 4pm for them to realize their software isn't updated enough to do my car (2020 Hyundai). So the car sits all weekend in the yard. I go to pick it up Monday morning and the receptionist says: "We have an update with aligmment specs for your car." I said: "Great, can you get it done while I'm here?" I brought my F150 in because it was making intermittent noises when cold, and I struggled to pinpoint the issue. My truck overheated, I called and asked the receptionist if they were willing to work on my custom engine, she asked the service manager. He told her no, but ill need a water pump. HOW THE HECK can he diagnose that over the phone, without talking to me? THAT IS SCARY! It could be a head gasket, stuck thermostat or a water pump. To assume something with no info and give advice is just horrible.
