This guy took advantage of my senior parents and sold them an unsafe car! If the rest of their inventory is as bad as the shiney Subaru Outback they sold them, there will be many others that will have to spend over $5000 in further repairs within the first year. The problems with the car were not visible within the first 3 months, and then everything started falling apart. If their cars are that beat up, people shouldn't have to pay $13,000+. I would NEVER encourage anyone to buy a vehicle off of their lot.
We highly recommend True North Auto Brokers. Had a great experience buying our Subaru Forester from Wesley. He was very patient with our many questions and has excellent customer service skills. He was not pushy at all, unlike some car salesmen. The whole process was very smooth.
I purchased a Toyota Highlander from Wes for my wife, and I had a great experience. Wes allowed me to drive the vehicle longer than expected and go over the vehicle with a fine toothed comb, he was confident with his product, as was I. Price was quite comparable with the best of deals I was able to find on Facebook marketplace, but this was certified. Wes seems like a really good guy. Smooth process and fair deal, no pressure. Next vehicle I need I will be sure to check with True North first!
