I have lived at my house for 4 years under a wonderful couple who ended up getting bought out by this company. Later receiving a letter about rent going up $300 and promises to positive changes due to rent increase which were never fulfilled. During the year I was there after they took over almost right away my water was shut off due to no payment which I never had included in my lease. I lived in one of their properties (706 Saint Andrew Street) for 2 months after selling my house quicker than expected (through another realtor) and needing a short-term rental prior to a military assignment out of state. This house was filthy. The HVAC filter hadn't been replaced in years it seemed (prior to me replacing it out-of-pocket), and dust/odor was circulating all throughout the house.
