I went to get my nails polished ONLY. They tried to fill them in and I said no. Then they wanted to file them, and I said no. Then he wanted to sand them down with a drill and I said no. He was upset but the manager was rude about it. I did shellac and the paper said $15. When he rang me up he charged me $35. I asked why the difference and the manager began yelling at me telling me I was being ridiculous and I need to just pay for it. When I refused she said she would call the police. My appointment was 20 min late and another lady's tech was 30 min late. The second tech was angry when she got there, and started arguing loudly over customers, very unprofessional. Uncomfortable for myself and another customer, I asked my tech if she was the manager , she shook her head no. This was a bad argument because you could see the anger on the techs faces and gestures they made, then the two other techs ( one a male) got in on it. They argued at least 10 min or more, loudly.
