Love coming here. Such an amazing environment and community to be apart of. All the instructors are awesome and there is good variety of classes times that work for all schedules.
I started going to the classes at True Movement in Sherwood Park in April 2025. The staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They always check in to see how you’re doing and if there anre any injuries they should be aware of before the class starts. They make the workout fun annd enjoyable no matter how challenging it might be! I look forward to the classes every week! ☺️

I absolutely love this place! The trainers and Owners are so very kind, the workouts are really good for your whole body. The place is clean as well, times for exercising are perfect and you can’t beat the price for reformer Pilates anywhere in Sherwood Park. I encourage everyone to look into it.
