I absolutely love this place! The trainers and Owners are so very kind, the workouts are really good for your whole body. The place is clean as well, times for exercising are perfect and you can’t beat the price for reformer Pilates anywhere in Sherwood Park. I encourage everyone to look into it.
My wife & I just discovered True Movement in Sherwood Park. It is a wonderful light, colourful & airy studio with approximately a dozen of their “platforms” that provide an almost unlimited variety of stretches, balance, strength & mobility exercises. Our instructor (Allison sp?) was very knowledgeable & extremely patient as she demonstrated the intricacies of each platform’s capabilities. I tried this studio with a couple of girlfriends back in October and man, do I love that we decided to try some Pilates classes! Kelli provided us with a very informative introduction class, I appreciated that it was the full length of a regular class so we could get used to the new lingo, equipment and moves and not feel rushed (like I did at other studios).
