Amazing place to go for your recovery needs. Very clean, and super nice and knowledgeable staff. I love how the true movement platform offers a variety of exercises with all sorts of benefits. Better than Pilates !!! They also have red light therapy, the salt sauna and iv drip therapy.
True Movement has a great facility and useful classes. I left feeling limber and ready for the week. The staff is extremely friendly as well. Highly recommended for athletes looking for an advantage!
Great facility with really good instructions
If you haven't tried this place yet, you're missing out! Their classes are so awesome. Their customer service is top notch-so friendly, welcoming, personable and accommodating. The manager Allison is so sweet. I highly recommend this place.
