Our camper van had no power unless it was running. We went to an RV Center for help and they told us what they thought the issue was but couldn’t take it for four days and would need it for two to three days. We were 2300 miles from home and couldn’t wait that long. We ordered the part they thought and after my husband installed it we had no success. We had issues with our travel trailer slide and truck. Shawn was so helpful! He came to our campsite, diagnosed the slide issue and made it functional! We are on an extended trip and he has given us the confidence to continue! He also did an assessment of our truck and made recommendations but also gave us the confidence to continue. Got to my site and a slide out wouldn’t open. I called Glacier Mobile Mechanic and Sean was able to walk me through troubleshooting over the phone, diagnosed the problem and got me operational! Very professional. Extremely knowledgeable. And went the extra mile to work with me. Highly recommend!
