Edit: yeah because I'm not putting my real name online for the world to see. The communication in your office is awful. My experience with the office has always been so difficult. You get two because the doctor is pretty good, when I'm able to see him.

I have been seeing Dr. Matthews for about 3 years now. My husband and I both come to him due to him being such an amazing doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I am pretty sure I am not his easiest patient to deal with but Dr. Matthews always treats me with kindness and respect which I greatly appreciate. I’ve been a patient of this practice for over a year now and everyone here is super helpful. From Erika and Wendy at the front desk to Dr. Matthew’s and all the amazing nurses. I will always enjoy seeing the dr because of these amazing people.
I was referred to Dr. Jonathan Matthews due to his strong reputation as an internal medicine specialist. However, my experience with the appointment scheduling was challenging. When I called to set up an appointment, I spoke with Erica, who was quite rude and unprofessional. Additionally, I was informed that I would need to change my PCP to Dr. Matthews through UnitedHealthcare before even scheduling, and once that change was made, I couldn’t revert it for other care in the meantime.
