Mr. Craig is a life saver! His expertise and experience is appreciated beyond measures. He listened when no one else would and resolved my issue when no one else would even go the extra mile to see what was really going on. This place should not be in business. Craig and Danita (the office lady) are very unprofessional. The business operations lack accountability and often result in technicians being blamed for things that are outside of their control. They pay their technicians $5.50/hr, but lie and say that they pay $18. Furthermore they don't discuss pay rates until they have a new tech working for 1 week, meanwhile tedhnicians are driving their own vehicles without a legitimate process to be reimbursed for gas expenses. My home warranty sent True Mechanical to my home to inspect my AC unit and Craig was an amazing. He is very honest, professional, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate him not trying to find a problem so he could make a profit. That means a lot to me especially during today’s economy. Nonetheless I made sure to save Craig’s information so I can have him to continue to service my units on an ongoing basis
