This place should not be in business. Craig and Danita (the office lady) are very unprofessional. The business operations lack accountability and often result in technicians being blamed for things that are outside of their control. They pay their technicians $5.50/hr, but lie and say that they pay $18. My home warranty sent True Mechanical to my home to inspect my AC unit and Craig was an amazing. He is very honest, professional, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate him not trying to find a problem so he could make a profit. That means a lot to me especially during today’s economy. Nonetheless I made sure to save Craig’s information so I can have him to continue to service my units on an ongoing basis

This HVAC company truly delivered for us! They swiftly resolved our heating issue in just 15 minutes, something the other company we contacted couldn't achieve over a two-month period. Highly recommended!
The customer service rep was so disrespectful and rude to the point I didn't even schedule services. This company should really look into the complaints that have been made regarding their front office staff.
