Mr. Craig is a life saver! His expertise and experience is appreciated beyond measures. He listened when no one else would and resolved my issue when no one else would even go the extra mile to see what was really going on. This was the 5th hvac company that my warranty company sent out and they all refused to look deeper than what the diagnostic tests were showing. This place should not be in business. Craig and Danita (the office lady) are very unprofessional. The business operations lack accountability and often result in technicians being blamed for things that are outside of their control. They pay their technicians $5.50/hr, but lie and say that they pay $18. Furthermore they don't discuss pay rates until they have a new tech working for 1 week, meanwhile tedhnicians are driving their own vehicles without a legitimate process to be reimbursed for gas expenses.
