True mechanical is the contractor for maintenance of HVAC of our new condo in Coquitlam which is completed last summer. ( Also, I believe they have installed all those HVAC system in this building too ) My heat pump stopped working since past Sunday midnight and I sent service request under warranty through the developer next day but noone shows up yet as of Thursday around 3:40pm ( all they did so far for my broken heat pump is just one reply to me informing they would schedule a visit once they hear back from their another... read more
