I was at home waiting for a scheduled inspection, but the technician never knocked or contacted me. They recorded it as a missed visit and then demanded over $350 + GST to come back, completely refusing to take responsibility for their technician's mistake. On top of that, their communication is terrible… they completely ignored my emails for over a week (I have an email and willing to share). Very unprofessional service…. This is very unacceptable. Please help. Thanks
