Not horrible but not great either, we rented a party bus for my wedding (3 and a 1/2 hour wedding package). Had a hard time getting in contact with them to reconfirm the reservation and was charged $300 extra by Spiro for going 15 minutes over. We were picked up at 1pm and dropped at the venue at 445pm, my understanding of a 3.5 hour package is it starts at 1 and ends 3.5 hours from then which would be 430pm but I was told that my time ended at 330pm which doesn't make sense. Company cancelled day before my son's birthday party. Then was rude AF when asked for a refund. Claims he doesnt know where i live after confirming a week prior.....
Our group used Timothy Limousines party bus for after prom on Friday June 9th, 2017. What a wonderful experience. Not only did they come through for these kids after their previously booked bus cancelled, but the driver showed them a wonderful time in New York City. Kids said driver was excellent. Superb limo service. The driver was very polite to us. He didn't mind when we asked to take an extra detour. We are happy with the experience.
We used Timothy Limousines service on Sunday 4/23/17. The driver was punctual. He was professional, courtesy and friendly. The limousine was immaculately clean inside and outside. The driver was an excellent driver. Our ride was very smooth. We highly recommend Timothy Limousines.
