Went in to apply for a job and was told that I would have to work 4 hours for free for a "job shadow". I also know people who have done the job shadow and were told afterwards that they'll be informed when job positions are available. If you value your time I don't recommend working with this company. It's just T&T Forest Products with a different name.
That job shadow they require before they start you is just their way of getting free labor out of you for 4 hours. Me and my younger brother learned that the hard way. We applied when they had open positions posted on indeed and I did the job shadow with the purpose of securing a position there as my younger brother was going to do today. However what they had failed to mention is they never intended to hire for they did not actually have positions opened.
