Had such a great experience here. Owen (the piercer), along with the rest of the staff, were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Owen clearly has a genuine passion for his work. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Grey and the True Love team. I came in with high expectations after reading all the reviews, and my piercing + jewellery change experience absolutely lived up to them. Super communicative, clear, helpful, all of the good things. I’ve had a couple piercings with Owen over the past 15 years, including today. It’s simply not possible to envision a better or safer experience. So excited for this crew to have opened their own shop. Congrats and thanks always for the knowledge, warmth and expertise!
Owen is a really sweet guy and a great piercer! Made me and my moral support buddy feel very comfortable at every step. Front desk staff were also really nice both on the day of my piercing and on the phone ahead of time. Also enjoyed looking through the binder of drawings that Owen's younger piercees have gifted him, definitely helped settle my nerves before going in to get pierced. Thanks everyone!
