I found them to be patient and professional throughout the whole process of replacing a hot water tank. I liked the fact they had a flat rate package. The installation was a little more complicated than expected as the tank was a little wider than the previous one. They had to take out a gas line and then reinstall it to make room. The last tank lasted over 15 years, hopefully this one will too. Thank you for doing the work on only 4 days notice.
